(UNDATED) - It’s now up to the Indiana Court of Appeals as to whether convicted murderer Charles Boney should get a new trial.
Boney claimed that several judicial errors were made during his trial.
Boney's attorney has until November 6th to respond to briefs filed by the state. The Indiana Court of Appeals will consider arguments and decide whether Boney's conviction should be reversed.
Boney's alleged co-conspirator, David Camm, is also waiting to hear if he'll get a new trial. Both men were convicted in the shooting deaths of Camm's wife and children back in 2000.
