(INDIANAPOLIS) - A van rolled over a curb and struck a 4-year-old Indianapolis girl as she stood near a change machine at a car wash.
Police say Francisca Ramirez was killed instantly Sunday afternoon, as her father was a few feet away.
Police don't know what caused the van to accelerate. The driver, 58-year-old Mark Ingram of Indianapolis, says he had recently bought the van and had driven it only a few times.
