(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Marion Superior Court says 98-percent of the county’s registered sex offenders ordered top stay away from children showed up for a mandatory Halloween-night probation meeting.
The court has scheduled the meetings for four years now to make sure sex offenders aren't tempted to welcome trick-or-treaters.
Five people who did show up were arrested for violations of their parole, such as having alcohol in their system.
