(LAPORTE) - Can you call this reckless vehicular “snowmanicide?”
In the Northern Indiana city of LaPorte, police say they won't charge a man who rammed a snowman with his pickup truck, causing the head to go through the rear window of a nearby car.
Police say 33-year-old Thomas Ross admitted he ran the snowman over and escaped criminal charges by agreeing to pay the estimated $600 cost of repairing the window.
28-year-old Amanda Boes says she saw Ross cream the snowman, and saw it's head go through the window of her mother's car.
