(INDIANAPOLIS) - A group of retired soldiers wants the Indianapolis airport renamed again for World War I hero H. Weir Cook.
The airport was once named for Cook but was changed to the Indianapolis International Airport in the 1970s.
Retired officers have gathered nearly 1,000 signatures supporting the change back to cook's name. They plan to take their case to city leaders later this year.
