(INDIANAPOLIS) - The FBI is ready to make a second try at building a new Indianapolis field office.
The bureau will pay Duke Realty $38-million dollars to put up a three-building complex in an office park on Indy's northwest side. It'll pay $4.3-million a year in rent.
The bureau was going to build the office on the Northeast side near Castleton Square Mall using a different development company, but the firm wasn't able to close the deal for the land.
The new complex will double the size of the bureau's offices in the Minton-Capehart Federal Building Downtown. It'll feature a three-story office building, a parking garage and an auto maintenance garage.
