(GOSHEN) - A class action lawsuit involving Goshen residents driven from their homes after several fuel spills at a downtown convenience store has been settled in favor of those residents.
An Elkhart County judge gave preliminary approval to the settlement, which calls for a 15-million dollar account to be set up to help clean-up efforts.
The spills happened at a 7-11 convenience store.
The settlement also calls for three defendants to deposit funds in an interest-bearing account.
