(INDIANAPOLIS) - One man is dead following a house fire in Indianapolis.
83-year-old Lloyd Hanger initially called 911 complaining of trouble breathing. When paramedics arrived, they saw smoke. Hanger was found after the flames were put out.
Decatur Township Chief Dale Henson says firefighters were hampered by low water pressure, a broken hydrant, and the need to work around oxygen tanks in Hanger's home.
