(TERRE HAUTE) - A coroner has ruled the death of Indiana State University student Scott Javins an accident.
Officials say it was at the boat ramp's decline into the Wabash River where officials have concluded that an intoxicated Javins turned off his car and parked it. The car, they believe, then rolled down the ramp and into the water, where he drowned.
The 20-year-old's car was pulled from the Wabash River in October. His remains were found inside.
