(INDIANAPOLIS) - Marion County’s juvenile court judge is holding a meeting today with police and child welfare officials to discuss ways to improve the exchange of information between the two.
Marilyn Moores called the meeting following the murder of a three-year-old Indianapolis girl, who was removed from foster care and placed in the custody of her natural mother.
