Man Shot And Killed Outside New Albany Police Department

(NEW ALBANY) - A fatal shooting in front of the New Albany police department remains under investigation.

Authorities say there was an exchange of gunfire between a man and a Norfolk Southern Railroad police officer. The man was killed.

Officials did not release the man's identity, nor that of the railroad officer.
