(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Marion Juvenile Court documents in the Tajanay Bailey case are now public.
Cindy Booth, Executive Director of Child Advocates, Inc., says it is unusual for these documents to be made public. Typically she says a child advocate would want to protect the privacy of the children they work with.
But since the death of Tajanay, she says both the child services system and the public should review what was done in this case.
Three year-old Tajanay Bailey died last week and her mother, 20-year-old Charity Bailey, is being held on murder and neglect charges. Her boyfriend, 20-year-old Lawrence Green, is also charged.
