(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indianapolis psychologist says people may be becoming more desensitized to violence.
Doctor Margaret Ann Keaton with the University of Indianapolis says the rise in crime across the country has made everyone more used to it.
Keaton says cases like the quadruple murder in Indianapolis this week are also very tough on people like first responders and even the media.
Keaton says it is important to watch for signs of post traumatic stress disorder, including depression, loss of interest in things, and problems sleeping.
