(PUTNAM COUNTY) - A Coatsville man has been arrested for molesting a 13-year-old Owen County girl.
At the end of last October, state troopers launched an investigation into the sexual molestation of a 13-year-old girl, which they alleged revealed 31-year-old Gregory Howard of Coatsville was the suspect.
Police allege the assault happened in Howard's vehicle in Putnam County. Monday afternoon, Howard was arrested in Van Bibber after a warrant was issued for his arrest, and he is now being held in Putnam County jail on $30,000 bond on felony counts of child molesting and vicarious sexual gratification.
