(MONTICELLO) - The first baby born in White County in 2008 entered the world at a time of turmoil for her parents and three siblings.
Morgan Anna Hurlburt was born at 8:46am January 6th at White County Memorial Hospital, just two days before her family was forced out of their Remington home for several days due to flooding.
Morgan gave her family something to celebrate through the challenges brought by the rains and floodwaters. Her mother, Jamie Hurlburt, said Anna was born a week early. "It went ok. She's healthy and fine," Jamie said.
