(FORT WAYNE) - A FORT WAYNE man, charged in connection with the death of his two-month old daughter, is now a fugitive from the law.
An arrest warrant was issued for Marshawn Wilson after he failed to show up for a Monday court hearing.
Wilson ran to O'Sullivan's Bar with his child in his arms back in July, after Ariona Wilson had stopped breathing. The baby died that night.
Wilson told police cuts and bruises on the girl's body happened when he dropped her, but the coroner said the injuries were no accident. The child's mother faces neglect charges.
