(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Supreme Court says a drunken driving arrest was valid even though the arresting officer had not been sworn in as a member of the newly merged police force in Indianapolis.
In a unanimous ruling Wednesday, the Supreme Court overturned a ruling by the trial court judge last August.
