(FISHERS) - The principal of Fishers High School has apologized for what he calls “critical and unacceptable errors in judgment” which led to him being stopped on suspicion of drunken driving last week.
Scott Syverson's attorney says he expects prosecutors to file a DUI charge based on a videotape of the stop.
There's been controversy over the officer's decision not to arrest Syverson on the spot.
