(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Department of Homeland Security hosted a regional FEMA meeting Wednesday.
The FEMA Region 5 Advisory Council gathered in the Indiana Government Center.
FEMA Regional Administrator Edwared Buikema says the council was established after Hurricane Katrina to help state and local agencies with emergency management.
The Region 5 Council, which covers Indiana, is made up of 20 people from all walks of life.
