(TERRE HAUTE) - Doctors, staff and patients hope that the opening of a new cancer treatment center in Terre Haute will improve care in the area.
The $13.5 million Hux Cancer Center will house services from Union Hospital, Ap&S Clinic and Hope Center. The Clara Fairbanks Center For Women also is expected to move in this spring.
The 88,000-square-foot center will offer radiation therapy, medical oncology, clinical trials, a resource center and nutrition services.
