(UNDATED) - Businesses and residents affected by severe weather and flooding earlier this month in Northwest Indiana are asked to disclose losses by calling a toll-free number beginning today.
The Indiana Department of Homeland Security says the calls will help speed up the collection of damage information.
Callers should be ready to also provide information about unemployment or business losses if a company was closed or damaged due to flooding.
That toll-free number is 866-210-1925.
