(INDIANAPOLIS) - A lab technician accused of biting a 2 year old boy in September has pleaded guilty.
53-year- old Ann McGlorthon admitted to biting the shoulder of 2 year old autistic Victor Buntin at St. Vincent Hospital.
McGlorthan was attempting to draw blood when she says the boy flailed about and bit her on the forearm, she then bit the boy on the shoulder to get him to let go of her arm.
She pleaded guilty to felony battery and will be sentenced on April 8th. She faces a maximum 3 years in prison and a minimum of just probation.
The boy's father, James Buntin, says he wants her to serve at least a year in jail.
