(INDIANAPOLIS) - A group of white firefighters have filed a discrimination lawsuit against the Indianapolis city administration.
Several firefighters claim they were passed up for promotions in favor of less-qualified black candidates.
The suit names the city of Indianapolis and Fire Chief James Greeson as defendants.
The plaintiffs are seeking back pay, damages, and changes to the promotion process.
