52-Year-Old Faces Second Charge Of Child Molesting

(NEW CASTLE) - A New Castle man was arrested this week, charged with child molesting.

52-year-old Terrance Rains is accused of fondling a girl-under the age of 10-last November.

He bonded out of Henry County Jail Friday, but is expected in court next Wednesday. Rains could go to prison for four years if he's convicted.

This is the second time Rains has been charged with child molesting. The second case was dismissed back in 1999.
