(PORTAGE) - Police used DNA found on a baseball cap dropped during a 2003 gas station robbery to charge a Portage man in the crime.
Police are still looking for 39-year-old Brian Loney. They matched his DNA taken after an arrest on unrelated charges and matched it with the DNA from the cap.
He faces one count of robbery in the October 2003 robbery in which police say less than $100 was taken.
If convicted, he could face up to eight years in prison.
