(UNDATED) - The IRS is reaching out today in an effort to help retirees, veterans and low-income Hoosiers get their economic stimulus payment.
IRS Spokeswoman Jodie Reynolds says most Indiana IRS offices will be open from 9:00am to 3:00pm to assist those residents with the process for free.
In order to receive the rebate, eligible Hoosiers have to file a tax return--even if they normally aren't required to do so.
