(NEW CASTLE) - A New Castle woman has been sentenced to a year in the Henry County Jail for leaving her four-month-old infant in a relative’s storage shed.
24-year-old Shonda Shelton pleaded guilty to neglect of a dependent.
Relatives found the baby in the shed last October 17th.
