(INDIANAPOLIS) - A second person charged in a Muncie cross burning has been found guilty of federal hate crimes.
22-year-old Kyle Milbourn faces up to 40 years in prison for his involvement in a March 2006 cross burning directed at a white woman and her three bi-racial children.
Milbourn may also have to pay $1-million dollars in fines.
