Naked Toddler Walks Down Highway, Father Faces Charges

(SOUTH BEND) - A South Bend father is in jail facing neglect charges after his naked toddler was seen walking along a busy highway.

St. Joseph County Police were called to a gas station late Thursday night after someone had observed the two-year-old

They say they found the child's father at a nearby house asleep on a couch. They report also finding drugs and bag of marijuana.

Police have not yet released the name of the father.
