(PLEASANT LAKE) - A fisherman who fell through the ice on a small Northeast Indiana lake was rescued by a resident who heard his cries for help.
55-year-old Charles Giradot of Waterloo was fishing on a private lake in Steuben County Saturday morning when he plunged through the ice.
A resident who heard his cries for help and another neighbor used a board, rope and a small boat to pull Giradot from the water.
