(INDIANAPOLIS) - State Police are investigating a fatal accident that occurred on I-65 early this morning in southeastern Marion County.
A semi tractor trailer left the highway and struck several small trees and traveled through a privacy fence. Police say a fence post pierced the window and impaled the driver.
The 47-year-old male was pronounced dead at the scene.
