(UNDATED) - Libraries across the state are offering BMV services.
BMV Commissioner Ron Stiver says folks who don't have access to a computer can now go to their local public library and update their registrations on-line.
The BMV's online services can save a person five dollars per vehicle.
Stiver says 500,000 people have already taken advantage of the BMV's online services.
