Muncie Officer Throws Rocks At Car Windows, Attempts Break In Of Apartment

(MUNCIE) - A Muncie police officer is accused of vandalism and criminal mischief.

31-year-old Jaime Howell was put on leave with pay after an incident at the apartment of her estranged husband, Richard Howell--also a police officer.

Mr. Howell's girlfriend called police to report the female officer was in a mini van with her children, throwing rocks at her car and trying to break into the apartment. No arrests were made.
