(DES MOINES, IOWA) - A federal report claims a pilot was tired before flying a plane that crashed in Indiana in November 2006, killing five people.
Pilot John Trewet and four employees of a Des Moines, Iowa, marketing company were killed when the plane slammed into a farm field after taking off from the South Bend Regional Airport.
