(LA GRANGE) - A Lagrange County woman died Friday night when her buggy collided with a car in Southeast Lagrange, according to the Indiana State Police.
A car driven by Trina Sitts of rural La Grange had stopped and was turning east onto U.S. 20 just before 10:00PM when it struck the buggy nearly head on. Both occupants of the buggy were ejected, killing 36 year-old Joanna Miller of rural Lagrange.
The other passenger, Wilbur Miller, was hospitalized with neck and back injuries. The driver of the car was not injured.
