(INDIANAPOLIS) - Felony neglect charges are being filed against the Indianapolis parents of an eight-month-old girl who died in March — with alcohol in her bloodstream and a black plastic bag over her mouth.
The infant, Kimbery Faith Reed, died after being put down for a nap in the home of defendants William Reed and Kathryn Turner.
Both are scheduled to have initial court hearings tomorrow morning.
