(INDIANAPOLIS) - There are still no arrests in the robbery and shooting of a pregnant bank teller last month. But, Huntington Bank is offering a ten-thousand dollar reward for information on the case.
Indianapolis Metro Police are staffing a hotline six days a week, 24 hours a day for information. Police have few leads.
Detective Rob Challis says he wants to give the Shuffield family closure, but hasn't been able to yet. Challis says he believes "some of the answers are here in Indianapolis."
Katherin Shuffield lost her unborn twins when she was shot during that robbery. Police are hunting for four black men, a gold Dodge Intrepid, and a blue SUV.
The Huntington branch where the shooting took place will be consolidated into a location on East Washington. The branch near 21st and Post will close at the end of June.
Huntington Bank President Mike Newbold says they spend thousands training workers for these types of incidents. Shuffield has said that branch was robbed three times in the last year.
