(UNDATED) - A community group is giving Indiana Attorney General Steve Carter a “B” when it comes to tackling the foreclosure crisis.
Carter and attorney general's across the nation were graded on how they've handled the mortgage loan fall-out. Lisa Madigan next door in Illinois got an "A+" for her response.
Dave Vanthournout with Acorn says Carter is taking steps toward helping people who are in danger of losing their homes, but not enough. Vanthournot says the state needs well-defined laws to go after predatory lenders.
