(INDIANAPOLIS) - Despite two arrests in the shooting of a pregnant bank teller, the search continues for the gun.
The Indianapolis Fire Department Dive Team went back out to a retention pond Friday morning to look for the weapon.
The search for the gun began more a week ago when the arrests were announced. A rifle was found, but police don't believe it's connected to the robbery and shooting. Sergeant Matt Mount says the gun is an extremely rare type.
Jason Kendrick and Aaron Stewart are both facing charges for allegedly robbing the Huntington Bank branch near 21st and Post and shooting Katherin Shuffield back on April 22nd.
Shuffield's unborn twins died a couple days after the robbery.
