(ELWOOD) - A second man has been arrested for his alleged role in the murder of an Elwood man.
38-year-old Jeffrey Guffey of New Castle was arrested on suspicion of arson. Guffey is the brother of Jerry Guffey, who is being held without bond in the Madison County Jail on preliminary charges of murder in the death of John Collier. The body of the 78-year-old man was found last Friday.
Jeffrey Guffey's arrest stems from the burning of collier's vehicle in an attempt to hide evidence.
