(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indiana State Police have teamed up with Columbus NASCAR driver Tony Stewart to help get state police K-9 units protective vests.
The custom-made bullet and knife protective vests will be presented by Tony himself at the O'Reilly Raceway Park tomorrow.
The idea for the Tony Stewart Foundation came when Susie Jean saw TV footage several years ago of a police dog being fatally wounded in a criminal chase.
