(INDIANAPOLIS) - A lawsuit claiming that the Hoosier Lottery misrepresented the odds of winning a scratch-off game and the prizes that were available has been granted class-action status.
That means anyone who bought a ticket to the game can join the lawsuit.
The suit contends the lottery misstated the number and amount of prizes available in the Cash Blast game from May 2005 to July 2006.
