(UNDATED) - Governor Mitch Daniels will direct $10-million dollars of federal community development block grant money to help communities acquire homes impacted by the June flooding.
Those properties will be developed into green space. Indiana Office of Disaster Recovery Director Andy Miller says the funds will help with long-term recovery efforts many communities face after the devastating flooding.
