(FORT WAYNE) - An Allen County judge pleaded guilty Thursday to driving while intoxicated.
Thomas Felts' license was suspended for 90 days. Police stopped Felts last month in Downtown Indianapolis after he failed to use a turn signal. After he was pulled over, police said Felts backed into the squad car.
A blood test taken at an Indianapolis hospital showed felts had a blood alcohol content of more than twice the legal limit.
