(MUNCIE) - The Delaware County prosecutor is under more scrutiny.
The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission has subpoenaed Muncie city records documenting payment of fees to prosecutor Mark McKinney.
The commission is investigating possible misconduct by McKinney in connection with his handling of drug forfeiture cases.
A complaint was filed by Muncie Mayor Sharon McShurley.
