(VALPARAISO) - A 17-year-old Westville girl will face charges as an adult in a fatal drunk driving accident.
Authorities say Alysha Ramos was using her cell phone while driving and lost control of the vehicle. Her friend, 17-year-old Alisha Purnick died from her injuries.
Ramos allegedly had a 0.08 percent blood-alcohol level when tested.
