(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Marion County prosecutor has filed misdemeanor charges against the former manager of a bus company for failing to maintain buses that carried Indianapolis Public School students.
Indiana State Police inspectors reportedly found buses owned by Cincinnati-based first student to have misadjusted brakes, leaking exhausts, and loose or missing shock absorbers.
Indianapolis Branch Manager Donald Babb is facing two counts of failing to maintain a school bus.
