(AZALIA) - Authorities believe an arsonist started the blaze that destroyed the old Azalia school in Bartholomew County early Sunday.
Firefighters were called to the former school and found the vacant building fully engulfed in flames.
About 40 volunteer firefighters from Elizabethtown, Jonesville, East Columbus, Southwest, Clay township and Reddington fire departments battled the blaze for nearly six hours.
