(UNDATED) - The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is reaching out to Hoosier consumers by offering more than one-hundred free classes on personal finance and money management.
Senior outreach program manager Sheila McKean says 130 courses are being held this week throughout Indiana during Indiana Money Smart Week. With a struggling economy, McKean says the free classes couldn't come at a better time.
Topics include budgeting and avoiding credit card debt. You can get a complete list of all of the classes taking place by logging onto moneysmartweek.org/indiana.
