(FORT WAYNE) - Four Indiana companies will have their candy passed out to trick-or-treaters at the governor’s residence on Halloween.
Fort Wayne-based Debrand Fine Chocolates, Mundt's Candies of Madison, Schimpff's Confectionary of Jeffersonville and Frankfort's Zachary's Confections have made donations for Friday night.
Debrand spokesperson Michelle Noll says the company is donating 250 "Happy Halloween" chocolate bars for this year's event. Noll says it is the second year the company has been asked to provide chocolate for Halloween at the governor's residence.
